PromptRx is sold as an instant-download digital product, paid for in cryptocurrency. We don't advertise a refund guarantee or a money-back window, because a genuine, verifiable commitment isn't something we can promise up front on a product delivered this way. What we do promise is this: if something genuinely goes wrong with your payment or delivery, tell us and we'll look into it.

What counts as a genuine problem

Examples include: you paid but the payment never verified on the verification page; you were charged but never received a working download link; the download file itself was corrupted or incomplete; or you were charged an amount that doesn't match the listed price at checkout.

What to do

Contact us through the contact page with your Payment ID (shown on the NowPayments checkout page and in the confirmation email NowPayments sends you), the approximate date and time you paid, and a short description of the problem.

How we handle it

We investigate every report individually using NowPayments' own payment records, since that's the authoritative source for whether and how a payment was made. We aim to respond within a few business days. What happens next depends on what we find — that might mean fixing a delivery issue, resolving a payment mismatch, or explaining what we can see on our end. We don't promise a specific outcome in advance because we don't know what a given case involves until we look into it.

Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible

Unlike a credit card chargeback, a completed cryptocurrency transaction generally can't be reversed by us, by NowPayments, or by the network itself. This is a property of how cryptocurrency payments work, not a limitation specific to PromptRx, and it's worth understanding before you pay. Double-check the amount and network before completing a payment.
